Body Rules:

  1.  Look alike bodies; factory type-steel

            (a) Stock type bodies

  2.  Hulling out around wheels & tires are okay

  3.  Spoilers - 8” Maximum

  4.  Upper control arms can be tubular but no adjustable

  5.  Wedge bolts – all 4 corners are okay

  6.  Racing Springs and shocks are okay

Engines:

  1.  No 400 blocks

  2.  No engine setbacks – spark plug even with ball joints

  3.  Compression not to exceed 170 lbs.

  4.  Vacuum must pull – 17” at 1000 RPM

  5.  Cam shaft not to exceed 480 lift

  6.  No roller cams

  7.  All steel motors

  8.  Aluminum radiators are okay

  9.  4 Barrel Carburetor

Heads:

  1.  300 Horse heads are okay

  2.  All heads must be straight plugs

  3.  202 largest valve size

  4.  Stock manufactured heads – no racing heads: Dart, Pro, World Product or etc.

  5.  Roller rocker arms are okay

  6.  Screw in studs and guide plates are okay

  7.  Fans, pulleys are optional

  8.  After market power steering pump

  9.  Engine bottom ends must be stock; GM, Ford, etc.

          (a) No after markets

10.  Oil pan – can run claimer pan with windage trays and oil gates

11.  No strokes or D-stroke engines

Transmissions:

  1. No Berts, No Brinns, No Falcons, No straight drives.

  2. Automatic or straight shifts allowed.

  3. Stock Clutch and/or working torque converter only.

Rear Ends:

   1.  Stock or 9” Ford is okay

   2.  No panhard bars, 2-links, 3-links or 4 links – No 5th arms

   3.  Trailing arms must be in stock locations

            (a) if mount on car has to be replaced it must be same size and in stock location only

Tires and Wheels:

   1.  8” – 60 series Street Radials

   2.  8” & 10” wheels are okay but must be steel only

Weight:

    1.  After race with the driver – 3200 lbs

    2.  Weight must be displayed on car
